WhatsApp Business Enhancement: PRD

Problem: Disorganized group chats and limited collaboration features in WhatsApp Business hinder productivity for small businesses and startups, with 60% of users struggling with chat organization and 50% facing file management issues​

Goal: Create an enhanced communication platform by integrating advanced collaboration tools and file management features to improve both customer engagement and internal team workflows.

Startup Foundry: Winner! ABHA based Health Super App

Problem: 80% of India's healthcare data remains fragmented and inaccessible, making it difficult for 1.4 billion Indians to access efficient healthcare services, especially in rural and underserved areas

Goal: Create a UPI-like healthcare platform that centralizes health records, provides AI-powered insights, and streamlines operations for hospitals and pharmacies to make healthcare more accessible

Problem: Food delivery users face challenges with dietary restrictions and low engagement, with 94% seeking comprehensive nutritional information and 67% willing to share dietary preferences, leading to reduced customer retention and trust.

Goal: Create a data-driven personalization system integrating allergen alerts, gamified loyalty programs, and AI-powered recipe suggestions to enhance user experience and increase customer retention.

  • Allergen & nutrition alerts with user preference customization

  • Gamified loyalty program with scratch cards and rewards

  • AI-powered recipe suggestions integrated with Instamart

  • Real-time dietary preference tracking and alerts

My Role:

Data Analyst - Worked on analysis of user behaviour and dietary preferences, developed prioritization framework using RICE scoring (26.67 for allergen alerts), and created implementation roadmap targeting 94% of users seeking nutritional information.
